I think it's interesting how this whole series has not been about showing the coolest cars going fast but actually a search for the most annoying male lead ever. Vin Diesel? eh, he's not too annoying... good thing we're making Paul Walker the star! Yeah, Walker's pretty annoying, but I bet he'd be more annoying paired up with Tyrese! Yes! So how are we gonna top Walker and Tyrese!?!? How about we get some random hick kid from Friday Night Lights!!! and un-little Bow Wow! Perfect. That will make just about everyone spend the entire movie wishing they could punch these guys in the face instead of, oh I don't know, enjoying the film. I don't know why I watched this. I don't know why I watched the second one. I don't know why the first one was a success. At least it feels dead now. |
