| 11.29.06 | DVR | This was another movie that I avoided due to my childhood aversion to Molly Ringwald. Thank goodness HBO Family is there to let me catch up with all of these movies that people tell me I should've grown up with. Surprisingly enough, I liked this one. It's more of a realistic (if you don't count the goofy sound effects) R-rated take on the genre, which I really enjoyed. Boobs, swearing... they are my thing. I also enjoyed seeing a young John (and Joan) Cusack... Still not much of a Molly Ringwald fan but at least she said "fuck" in this. |
