02.04.05Pay-Per-View I was never the hugest fan of the Frankenheimer version, but i wanted to see this after hearing the commentary on an episode of The Wire where Michael K. WIlliams (Omar) jokes with Dominic West (McNulty) about Liev's brother Pablo's bit part in the movie and how he gets shot in the face. Man that was a funny commentary. Anyway, as usual, this version has a happy ending and seems hollow since i knew what was going to happen. Also, Demme's "style" of having the actors look into the camera was awesome in Silence of the Lambs... now? not so much.
