I remember not liking it because it made me uncomfortable... all the stuff with dads being weak and ties between friends under strain and everyone succumbing to evil and something that's supposed to be fun like a carnival really being not fun. Plus something about the scarab lightning rod... I dunno. I still think it's the scariest movie Disney ever made, although I haven't seen Watcher in the Woods in a while. still not a favorite, not because it's a bad movie but because it unsettles me. |
