| 06.16.06 | DVD | I finally broke down and bought this... I remember it being a favorite of mine when I was a kid... the Green Goblin truck, Emilio Estevez being a badass, coke machines killing teams of little league players... what's not to like, right? He also got AC/DC to do the music, which I think it awesome. the movie's still lots of fun for me. My memory seems to have made each scene longer and more important than it really is... like I thought the sequence where the bible salesman cries and moans in the gutter lasted for like 10 minutes (which it does not) but hey... I guess that's what happens when kids see this stuff before they're supposed to :) |
