| 01.08.05 | DVR | DIGITAL! REAL! DIGITAL! REAL! Movie cravings die hard... I think the Half-Life 2 antlion design is further away from the arachnid design than I first thought, but they are still undeniably similar. This movie still holds up I think. Yeah it's corny and shameless, but the news broadcasts and direction firmly show that the corn is for a reason. Lots of messages in here about the media, about propaganda, and politics in general, which is surprising considering the amount of explosions and gunfire. I haven't seen the sequels but I am getting more and more interested in reading the book. |
