| 06.20.06 | Friend's House | Described to me as kinda like Dr. Strangelove but with funerals instead of nuclear war, this movie proves itself really hard to explain to other people. It kind of changes its identity three or four times as it goes along and picks up an oddly hippie type of sensibility. I... liked it. it was just really odd and different. I think it's the kind of movie I need to let sit for a while and maybe watch again knowing what to expect before I pass final judgement on. |
