| 01.10.05 | DVD | I watched this to soak up some Austin ambience but quickly realized that this is pre-tech-boom Austin, much less pre-tech-boom-fallout Austin. Still though... I forgot how strange this movie is... but it's great to float through these strange people's lives. It's pretty subjective though by today's standards... lots of anarchy and assassin talk. I also think this would make a good double feature with Waking Life, although this isn't nearly as philosophical as that. nice. |
